What strikes me so much with this art is the facial expression of the two ladies. The one with the dark hair has the look of finding comfort and knowing she is safe. The light haired is showing acceptance of the other lady without a single thought. This creates a lovely melting of the two thereby creating a piece of art that one can be enchanted by.
